Second half of the 19th century. A young Italian aristocratic decides to leave his comfortable life in Friuli Venezia Giulia. He wants to discover the unexplored African lands. His name is Pierre Savorgnan de Brazzà.
“La debole corrente” tells the story of a man that was misunderstood in his own country, was naturalized French citizen and then became the only white man who has ever given his name to an African capital: Brazaville.
